- Majestic 4 & 5: 2640 sq feet, seats 180 for dinner without dance floor and 130 with dance floor
- Majestic 6 & 7: 2640 sq feet, seats 180 for dinner without dance floor and 130 with dance floor

• Chaparral

- Located on 38th floor with stunning panoramic views of downtown Dallas
- Accommodates 300 without dance floor and 250 with dance floor

• Houston

- Located on 3rd floor Conference Center with 13-15 foot ceilings and outdoor views
- Divided into 3 sections: A, B, C which are 2520 sq feet each and can accommodate 150 guests each
- When combined, boasts 7560 sq feet and accommodates 500 guests without Dance Floor and 400 guests with dance floor

• San Antonio

- Located on 3rd floor Conference Center with 12-14 foot ceilings
- Divided into 2 sections: A, B which are 2295 sq feet each and accommodates 130 guests each
- When combined, boasts 4590 sq feet and accommodates 260 guests without dance floor and 220 guests with dance floor

• Austin

- Located on 2nd floor with 16-18 foot ceilings
- Section 1 & 3 are 2320 sq feet each and accommodate 180 for dinner and 240 for a reception without dance floor
- Section 2 is 3190 sq feet and accommodates 290 for dinner and 340 for a reception without dance floor

• Dallas

- Located on 1st floor, street level with 17-18 foot ceilings
- Second largest ballroom, boasting 26,624 sq feet and accommodates 2000 without dance floor and 1700 with dance floor
- Salons A or D 1, 2 & 4 are each 2240 sq feet and each accommodate 170 for dinner and 270 for reception without dance floor
- Salons B or C are each 5400 sq feet and each accommodate 480 for dinner and 800 for reception without dance floor

- Located on 2nd floor with 24-30 foot ceilings
- The largest ballroom, boasting 40,800 sq feet and accommodates 3400 for dinner and 5000 for reception without dance floor
